4. Course Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Enrollment

By enrolling in a course, you agree to pay the specified fees and comply with all course requirements. Course enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance of your application.

4.2 Payment

All payments must be made in accordance with the payment terms specified at the time of enrollment. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect enrollments already confirmed.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the course. After this period, refunds are at our discretion. No refunds will be issued for completed courses.

5. Course Access and Materials

5.1 Access Period

Your access to course materials is for the specified period based on your enrollment package. Access periods are as follows:

• Basic Package: 3 months
• Professional Package: 6 months
• Executive Package: Lifetime access

5.2 Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and exercises, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials without our express permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services
• Use our Services to distribute unsolicited promotional or commercial content

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.
